This Infrared Wine Thermometer works with simple point-and-click technology (so just about anyone can learn to use it in about five seconds). Switch it on, direct it at your glass of wine, and hold the power button down – the blue LCD display screen will hold the temperature measured for you. Using infrared pulses (just like medical thermometers), this thermometer will let you know whether or not your wine is at optimal drinking temperature. Now, whether you’re drinking red, white, rose or sparkling, you can always be assured that your wine will taste the way it’s supposed to.
