Shipping Returns


ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not used and with all wrapping, labels and manuals intact. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 5 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WHAT DO I DO?

Contact us immediately. Log into your Kappel account. Follow the below steps: 1. Click on “Order Status” 2. Select “View Order Details” on your purchase in question 3. Under Your Order click on “Return Item(s)” 4. Complete return request with as much detail as possible

Once you have completed the above steps a member of our team will be in contact with you regarding confirmation of your request.

Please do not attempt to return any goods before a member of our team has contacted you with confirmation of your request and next steps, otherwise you may be responsible for shipping costs.

Simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE service to the below address. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders that are paid by direct debit will have a 7 day grace period. A reminder notification email will be sent after 5 days from the date the order was placed to complete the transaction within 48 hours otherwise the sale will be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kappel. PLEASE NOTE: Unless your product is faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to Kappel.

REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to exchange for another product within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability. Exchanges can take up to 5 business days to process. We will accept up to one exchange per order.

EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM OF THE SAME VALUE

Should the new item you have selected be of the same value as the original item purchased, post the original item to the address below and once received we will forward your selected exchange item free of charge subject to product availability.

EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM OF A DIFFERENT VALUE

Any difference due will be charged or refunded to the card used to pay for the original order. Should you wish to charge the difference on a different card to the original used, please let us know and someone from our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment. All refunds must be made to the original card used to pay for the original order.

SHIPPING

Postage applies to Australia only. Postage costs are outlined below:

0 to 5kg $14.95 5 to 10kg $19.95 10 kg or more $24.95

Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 3-5 working days once payment has been cleared. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add 1-3 business days to delivery estimates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All goods will be delivered by TOLL IPEC. Once your goods have been dispatched, we will notify you by email with a tracking number. Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours, no PO BOX delivery available. All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and you will be required to contact TOLL IPEC.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
