Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 30 days of receiving your order. If needed we may request additional photos/videos before a resolution can be proposed. All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to offer like-for-like replacements for any tile that they deem unplayable, damaged or faulty.
