For heavy-duty cutting tasks, there's a 6.3" (16 cm) cleaver and, lastly, a pair of PowerGrip kitchen scissors, which have an extra thumb grip on the handles for when you need to use both hands when cutting. The knives, cleaver, and scissors all feature high-quality, Japanese stainless-steel blades and the set comes with a beautiful, beechwood block for organized storage.
